JIYUE relies on access to significant insights into the needs of its discerning, tech-savvy customers. With plans to open more new stores in China this year, this data becomes even more crucial to expand at speed and scale. Yet through traditional retail, sales representatives often have little information about store visitors as they walk in, and consumer insights do not flow back to the brand's headquarters. To address this challenge, JIYUE partnered with Media.Monks China to build the smartest retail showroom at Beijing Sanlitun: the “Roboverse” at JIYUE Experience Center.
Upon entering, store visitors match themselves with a life-sized, 3D animated ROBO AVATAR designed in collaboration with Chinese artist UV Zhu. As they begin the journey, they can customize their own avatar by answering a set of interactive questions that provide insights into their interests. The visitor’s profile and preferences are then used to tailor the rest of the experience, with the avatar guiding them through a WeChat mini-program as they discover the JIYUE Experience Center in real life.
In JIYUE “Roboverse” Experience Center, whether the conception of human-machine relationship provided by digital experiences, or the creation of art installations and boutique peripherals in the physical space, all of them are embedded with JIYUE's understanding and pursuit of "digital experiences". Technology, experiences, and innovation are the core spirits of JIYUE, and we will continue to bring futuristic and sci-fi digital experiences to our consumers. The "Awakening Digital Symbiosis" digital experience was launched on February 14th, 2023 on both JIYUE's mini program and app, combining with the offline mobile event at Sanlitun Experience Center, to provide a virtual reality meta-universe experiences for the AIGC fans. This is a new expression of brand content created from the perspective of digital automotive robots, reflecting the future trend of digital technology development in the automotive industry. The microblogging topic #Refresh Sanlitun New Landmark with AI# has a readership of 130 million+, triggering 200+ original store-hunting UGCs. JIYUE continues to reconstruct the relationship between the brand and the users and the brand experiences through AIGC.
